1 General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vip kaka ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the Platform. No other representations, warranties, or commitments of any nature made by any party shall be binding on either party unless expressly incorporated into these Terms in writing.

vip kaka operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. The Platform is available exclusively in English and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or its equivalent via the supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

These Terms are subject to change at our sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page at vip-kaka.com/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by vip kaka of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

2 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active vip kaka account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real legal name, a valid email address, a current Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. vip kaka will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Identity Verification (KYC): vip kaka may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• Account Currency: All vip kaka accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions.

vip kaka reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without notice, subject to the account closure provisions set out in Section 7 of these Terms.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vip kaka are processed in BDT. We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit limits, processing times, and any applicable minimum or maximum transaction values are published in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing delay or return.
• Deposit Processing: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your vip kaka account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed the identity verification process and satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements. • Refused Transactions: vip kaka reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity.
• Currency and Fees: All transactions are processed in BDT. vip kaka does not charge transaction fees for standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transfers, though your mobile network or bank provider may apply their own charges independently.

Funds held in your vip kaka account are not interest-bearing. vip kaka holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds, ensuring that your balance is protected in the event of any business disruption.

4 Bonus Terms

vip kaka offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, live casino cashback, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution tables are available in the Promotions section of your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is pending wagering will result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus and its associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonus funds must be used in good faith. vip kaka reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets designed primarily to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or colluding with other players.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of any single bonus is ৳20,000 or the equivalent in bonus credits. Winnings above this cap may be removed from the account balance at vip kaka's discretion.
• Promotional Changes: vip kaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will always be notified of changes affecting active, in-progress bonuses before those changes take effect.

5 Betting Rules

The vip kaka sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC World Cup, Bangladesh bilateral series), football, and other sports. All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the sportsbook interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the wager amount is deducted from your account balance. Bets that have not been confirmed — for example due to a network interruption during submission — are not valid and no liability attaches to vip kaka for unconfirmed bets.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time you submit and the time of confirmation, the bet will be settled at the odds applicable at the time of confirmation.
• Void Bets: vip kaka reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect or erroneous odds, on markets that were offered in error, or where a technical fault affected the integrity of the market. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.
• Match Interruptions: For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, settlement rules specific to that market type apply. These rules are displayed within the relevant market.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit per bet or per event applies and is displayed in the sportsbook interface. vip kaka reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.
• Prohibited Betting Activity: Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use automated betting software, engage in arbitrage at the expense of the Platform, or collude with other players to fix outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Casino game rules, including RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles and side bet rules for live dealer games, are provided within each individual game interface by the respective software provider. vip kaka does not modify or adjust the RNG algorithms of certified games offered through its certified provider integrations.

6 User Obligations

As a registered user of vip kaka, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any third party who accesses your account with your knowledge or through your negligence.

• Personal Use Only: Your vip kaka account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise share your account or account balance with any other person.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You must not use the Platform in connection with any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits, false identity claims, exploitation of payment system errors, or any other deceptive practice.

7 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your vip kaka account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

vip kaka may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, use of prohibited software, or identity misrepresentation.
• Regulatory Requirement: Where closure is required by applicable law, a court order, or regulatory direction.
• Extended Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A dormant account maintenance fee may apply as set out in the Cashier section. Players will be notified by email before any fee is deducted.
• Self-Exclusion Request: Where a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme, the account will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reactivated before that period expires.

9 Limitation of Liability

vip kaka's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall operate to exclude or restrict vip kaka's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip kaka Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vip kaka or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of vip kaka.

11 Privacy Policy

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vip kaka operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. In the event of any dispute relating to your account, a bet settlement, or a payment transaction, we encourage you to first contact our support team, as the majority of issues are resolved swiftly through direct communication.

For any unresolved disputes, the matter may be escalated in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. vip kaka commits to investigating all formal complaints thoroughly and providing a written response within 10 business days of receipt.
